The Working Capitol is a co-working space, lifestyle provider, and food and beverage destination. It offers a range of workspace solutions, community programmes, and professional and lifestyle events aimed at inspiring growth and well-being for the networks it touches.
The Working Capitol’s community and professional services enable its members to grow and scale their businesses. Companies come to The Working Capitol to attract and retain top talent, as well as build corporate cultures that will sustain them in the long run.
Launched in March 2015, The Working Capitol opened on Keong Saik Rd, in a restored 1920's biscuit factory spanning five light-filled, historic shophouses. Over time, its presence organically expanded in the neighbourhood, occupying neighbouring shophouses; with its most recent expansion welcoming the historic Tiger Balm building on Neil Rd.
Across 70,000 square feet, The Working Capitol houses companies ranging from start-ups to multinationals, provides a range of dining options and a space to immerse yourself in arts & culture, and personal and professional opportunities.
